十簡食堂，應該在食堂裏找尋十分簡單的幸福吧。
近日好多朋友一直去過了這個【十簡食堂】吃午餐和晚餐，
去過了診所后就相約一起去這裏吃飯。
“你好，這是我們的菜單，看好菜單后就到那邊結賬哦！”
文青十足的菜單，異國風情料理各種擺在眼前。
有印度、中式、西式還有媽媽的味道佳餚。
爲什麽叫南漂呢？中國很流行一個字眼為“北漂”（意思就是往北京工作的人們），而我本身是來自北部，這次選擇了南部上大學的確就順理成章為“南漂”了。吉隆坡城市很大，偶爾出來趴趴走的確是我的愛好。不過也要很感激我已經提前申請好的Rapid Concession卡，出來付費都是半價爲主。
【同時，欲要來吉隆坡游玩的朋友，可以用身份證或touch n go來充值！這樣子不需要買token，也非常方便。目前巴士已經不接受現金付費的方式了哦！】
其實，從我學校附近的 MRT 搭上去到宜家的確才過了幾個站，是很方便之餘，在這裏基本上一路都可以得到吃。但是大家來到宜家的心態，絕對不是天天買家具的吧，大家都是爲了吃的而來。只不過不懂是不是齋戒月期間食物供應會比較少，所以當天買食物的時候寥寥無幾。

説到宜家，店内的色調非常美麗。樓上是 IKEA Food Bistro，樓下則是可以喝咖啡買90仙的冰淇淋。重點就是每次咖喱卜一出來立馬售光光，價錢也算很親民，只不過要是一個人來又想要吃咖喱卜恐怕會很難。除非肚子餓，一個人狂吞6個下去。

説到雙溪大年，從檳城開車過去約莫1個小時。這城市對我來説，從一個陌生變成熟悉的城市，再慢慢延伸到一個很多美好的味道的一個小城市。這城市，很熟悉，因爲多了不少在地朋友。這個城市，變得越來越特別，因爲這裏收集了不少故事。
説到這家餐廳，和這家餐廳有緣之際是因爲一個朋友的介紹。我們逛完了雙溪大年一些地方后，她決定帶我來這裏享用這家西餐廳。可是，不是每次聼朋友說來雙溪大年都必須要去吃一些著名的地方，比如羅東（據説蛋糕很好吃！）， Oh Baby （屬於很家庭式的一家餐廳，來過可是因爲一直顧著吃所以忘了在這裏分享） 等。
這家西餐廳有故事，也很謝謝老闆也愿意和我分享他創業的故事。
Tavern 108是一家在雙溪大年 Pekan Lama的店。除了坐落在一個較爲繁忙的地方以外，這裏的地點是一家酒店樓下。據説酒店也是翻新，而且附近都有24小時便利商店和其他店鋪。夜晚的時候會翻身成爲一個不夜天的小地方。
當時我想要來碰運氣看到底能不能吃的到羅東的蛋糕，據説是一位來自臺灣的馬來西亞媳婦做的蛋糕。滷肉飯也是吸睛的美食之一。

此外，這家餐廳售賣的食物不光是一貫西式作風，而且還有提供fusion料理。一聼到fusion的料理，特別吸引我。

上次的吉隆坡之旅，因爲朋友們都下來吉隆坡玩，於是不知不覺我變成了他們的導游。
喂！等下去哪裏吃飯？
我，我都不懂！
説真的啦，我平常來來去去的都是那幾個地方，有些地方對我來説還是有些陌生。還好朋友突然出現，説到了KL Sentral了，於是他就搭了和我們同路綫的 Kelana Jaya Line (KJ Line)，然後下Dang Wangi就可以到這家餐廳了。
對我們這種沒車的朋友，實際上我們挑餐廳或挑吃飯的地方一般都會靠近地鐵站居多。而且這家方便之處是，只需要從地鐵站下車后，走路不到5分鐘就有美食可以吃了！
如何到達： 如果是從 KL Sentral 出發的話，搭 KJ Line 然後在 Dang Wangi下車，走過對面的紅綠燈，然後走進去一個巷子拐右就到了。
走進去巷子的時候，你會發現有些上班族坐著吃炒粿條，香味四溢，真的是讓人想要停下脚步好好吃一頓。
來到這裏的時候剛好遇上了附近上班族出來覓食的時間，但是仍然抵不住我們想要在這家餐廳坐下來好好吃飯的機會。在地鐵上的時候，朋友通知我要來這家餐廳吃飯的時候，還做了一些功課。據説這裏一定不要錯過的料理是海南豬扒！還有這裏的butter cake真的是很香而且很好吃。本來想要帶一些回去，但是害怕回去的時候帶很多東西，所以就不買了。
那天我們到雙溪大年的時候，朋友知道我肚子餓了，於是就帶我來這一家餐廳。外頭仔細一看的時候，還以爲這是一家酒館。殊不知，原來這裏就是一家西餐店。
這裏除了提供西餐以外，晚上也提供了酒品。營業時間是從早上到晚上，大家可以在這裏聊天，當然最重要的就是享用美食啊！
這家坐落在 Muntri Road 的街頭的餐廳，店内的街頭音樂和我的性格一直撞擊。我從家裏搭巴士到光大，不停的轉站，終于到了光大。過後我再打車到 Mugshot Cafe。如果曾經經過牛干冬的你，肯定你就會知道晚上的那裏一直都是人群來往。
後來，我才發現，原來這家店的風格，比起街頭的那些熱鬧，準備要開始為世界盃歡呼的外籍遊客的人們落差很多。甚至和店員在聊天的時候，她說，“這店就是這樣吧。”
這一次來自Sugar & Spice的邀請，讓我認識了一家那麽有魅力的咖啡館。
大概下午7時，我以黑和金的主題出席了這一場隆重的開幕派對。
而這一次主要開幕的對象，就是 Bar and Grill！
這座咖啡館就座落在Armenian Street的路頭，如果從Armenian Street Heritage Hotel走進來的話，走過潮州藝術館，看到店的前面有一個巨大榴蓮，便代表你已經到這裡了。走進店面的時候，空間雖然小。但老闆娘的熱情便讓我感受到這裡和其他咖啡館的差別了。
這裡的咖啡館雖然不和其他模型的咖啡館一樣，擁有很復古的裝飾，或則有一家主題的咖啡館，反而讓我覺得有另一種家庭式咖啡館的感覺。

我还记得我第一次来到 43 Cafe 的时候，老板Jacgy 突然提起我常在这里花了好多时间享受这里的美食，因为在附近的补习班补习，偶尔会来这里吃晚餐再回去，算是 43Cafe 已经“占据”我的高中生活了！ 哈哈，不过这里的食物真的很着迷，让我想念好久了！
昨晚吃了汉堡包。 猜猜看是在哪里呢？是43 Cafe，一早就闻名这儿好吃又便宜的汉堡，而且更期待这儿。来到这儿之前，偷偷做了小功课，说这儿的 Nom Nom 串沙爹 和番茄酸梅汁（可惜没有尝试到）。不过我还是要和大家作个小小的分享，希望大家会喜欢！

这儿是43 Cafe！从乔治市前往这儿大概需要20分钟（星期五通常会塞车）。43 Cafe是位于 Sungai Dua 理科大学的对面，是个住宅区的屋子。桌子约有15个，也当然这边也是让大家聚会的好地方。前来的时候，我非常期待他们的自制雪糕 （待会儿会作解释）
This is 43 Cafe，with its great food and atmosphere, you are entitled to spend your free time and dine in anytime! The cafe is located opposite with the Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and I was here because of their Handmade Ice Scream! (It's Ice cream anyway.)
来到这儿，找了个风水地，马上取出相机拍照了。对不起，这回是用IPhone 4 的相机摄影。里面全部都是木制桌子，还有我最喜欢的Ikea Series Lightning! 哇，今天这次赚到了。
When I was here, I found a great place. Serving burgers and delightful scoops of ice cream, I could not wait to have some photograph. Indeed, I would like to share with you some great photos too.
Double Trouble Pork Burger (Big Boy Burger)-- RM8.90
猪肉汉堡，我的最爱！之前在抹茶岛吃的汉堡是最好吃的，可是如今已近关闭。这边的猪肉汉堡值得一推，手工自制汉堡肉馅，再加上浓浓的起司，超好吃！而且，非常香喷喷！ ：）
This is my favorite! Before having this burger, I would like to recommend one of the burger selling shop over in Jelutong tasted good, but unfortunately, It was closed and ready to be rent by other vendor. You should try this, self made pork patty together with a creamy slice of cheese! Taa.. Daa.. It melts and tasted good. Try it. Do not miss the upgrades, additional cheese, bacon or even patty served here!
店主别出心裁，特别为顾客们弄了特制辣椒粉。我当时努力的在找，并询问有没有辣椒酱，结果没有。不过加上辣椒粉味道也不错，很创意。
When I found that chilli sauce were not prepared by the customers, asked by me and I was so curious, the cook of the cafe told me that they prepared chilli powder (self-made) for the customers! Yummy!
如果你不喜欢豆蔻的味道，你更要尝试，味道不会让我失望。43 Cafe 也准备各种口味让大家选择：好力克 (Horlicks) 白咖啡、以及许多好吃的口味。
If you did not like the flavor of the nutmeg, I should recommend you with other fabulous flavors: White Coffee, Horlicks and more.
Hot Lemon Tea RM 2.50
浓浓的一杯热柠檬茶，真的是一个消暑热品。原本是要前来喝杯Tomato Sour Plum Juice （番茄酸梅汁）的，可是就是觉得食物叫得太多了，而且是我一个人在吃。
A cuppa of tea after the lunch, felt full but I was very happy, and slightly disappointed because I would like to order a cup of cold Tomato Sour Plum Juice but it seemed I ordered a lot of food for myself. :)
除了有售卖热柠檬茶，招牌的番茄酸梅汁，这儿也有售卖汽水，咖啡等。
Besides tea and the signature's tomato plum juice, they also sold other beverages such as carbonated drinks, and coffee.
后记 The Prologue :
当我来到这边的时候，我觉得这边是个不错的好地方。虽然没有冷气，可是感受到的是不一样的气息。如果去到高级餐厅，有些服务员都不睬你。不过43 Cafe 也让我感受到，顾客与老板的热情。隔壁桌子的两位女顾客对手工雪糕一窍不通，老板看见了就马上过来，问了他们愿意为他们介绍吗。当时蚊子特别多，老板看见顾客较少的时候马上拿出电蚊拍来除走蚊子。此外，这边的服务周到，愿意等待你的Order！谢谢你们！

里头的面包已经被烤过，非常香。有浓郁的美乃滋酱，值得一赞。

之前看过很多部落格写过，来到 43 Cafe，一定要尝雪糕！ 雪糕雪糕，我的确是个大粉丝，对于第一次吃手工蛋糕非常陌生。以前往往在餐厅里吃的都是代理雪糕，今天第一次吃。。 在我的御手帐里写下吃完雪糕的心情！
Before I came to this shop, bloggers commented on the 43 Cafe must try foods was their ice cream! The signature ice cream, handmade had attracted all of the customers trying out here! Since this is my first time to enjoy handmade ice cream, I decided to write about my feelings in my notebook too!
Nutmeg Handmade Ice Scream *Recommend* (RM 6, 9,12)
手工雪糕，好好吃！
Handmade Ice Cream tasted good!
店主特别细心，看见我们对手工雪糕一窍不通，马上前来我们的桌子作介绍。喜欢豆蔻的味道，就叫了这个。2球的雪糕就售RM6，不过还是很值得啦。味道也不太甜，很好吃。店主还说，想把味道变的更浓厚，散发出来，加些小汤匙的盐就好。
The manager of the shop was so kindhearted, he made some introduction for us about the handmade ice cream. I like nutmeg and so here I ordered was Nutmeg! The taste did not taste like very sweet ice cream but to make the flavor better, you have to try some salt sprinkling on the scoops of ice cream. (Note: RM 6 for two scoops of ice cream)
店主也强调，豆蔻口味的雪糕是采用豆蔻果来制造的，非常喜欢这个口味。隔壁两位女生爱上冰淇淋，原本是两人分享一杯，却改换成一人一杯。而且，每人来到这边光顾的，都饭后来杯雪糕，难道是雪糕的诱惑？
Besides, Jacgy also told me that the ice cream were made from nutmeg fruit (Bahasa Melayu: Buah Pala), I saw customers sat aside me ordered a cup, and two persons shared it, the girl commented good and tried to call for the next cup, is it the temptations of the handmade ice cream? I guessed so..
对了，豆蔻是什么？ What is a nutmeg?
The nutmeg tree is any of several species of trees in genus Myristica. The most important commercial species is Myristica fragrans, an evergreen tree indigenous to the Banda Islands in the Moluccas (or Spice Islands) of Indonesia.
The nutmeg tree is important for two spices derived from the fruit: nutmeg and mace.[1]
Nutmeg is the seed of the tree, roughly egg-shaped mace is the dried "lacy" reddish covering or aril of the seed. The first harvest of nutmeg trees takes place 7–9 years after planting, and the trees reach full production after 20 years. Nutmeg is usually used in powdered form.
